Micah & The Worry Stone, a co-authored children's book, is out!

Micah & the Worry Stone is a children's book that was co-authored by Julie Campilio and me and illustrated by the talented Kara Larson.

Micah’s story is about courage, finding your inner voice, and venturing outside your comfort zone. It teaches coping skills like self-awareness, deep breathing, and asking for help, and reminds us that the power to ease our worries is already inside us. We’d love for you to share it with the children in your life!

More information and order button at ourrootsup.com/micah. It is also on select bookshelves in New England and for sale online through Powell's, Barnes & Noble, Amazon, and other presences. The book is published through Roots Up.
